The centre worked with us to get close to the pricing we were offered elsewhere. The build delivery came in slightly ahead of schedule although with a slightly incorrect interior.

Joshua spent the morning sorting out the paperwork and making sure the car was prepared and presented to a high standard. The handover was incredibly professional and all new fictions on the car explained and demonstrated well.

A joy from arrival - Martin Payne was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. We had good communication throughout. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. It was good to meet Josh Morris, we felt valued.

Very poor customer service, rude behaviour and not taking responsibility for product issues that should have been covered under the warranty. I will not be servicing at this location or buying a vehicle from this retailer ever again.

Barnaby was helpful, answered the phone quickly, and was good to deal with. But I was very unhappy with how dirty my car was when I was returned. When I left the car with Vines it was clean. It was very dirty when it was returned.
